Halifax International Airport

Grey Cardinal is the Project Manager for various Design-Bid-Build projects at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport. As well as managing tenant fit-ups, GCMI is involved in other capital improvement projects. These projects include access control and security system upgrades for the Passenger Terminal Building, renovations to the HIAA administrative offices, and managing repair and replacement for fire doors not meeting current code. Other projects include replacing aging HVAC systems and ductwork in tenant spaces and setting up temporary offices and coordinating moves of equipment and furniture to allow for construction to occur.
