Project Description
This project involved the interior renovation and fit-up of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of office space within leased premises at Commerce Place in downtown Moncton. The work included complete redevelopment of the tenant space to create a modern, efficient, and collaborative office environment tailored to the client’s operational and aesthetic requirements.
As Project Manager, our role began in the planning and design phase, where we collaborated closely with the client, design team, and stakeholders to establish project goals for schedule, cost, and quality. Responsibilities included developing project milestones, preparing and managing budgets, and identifying total project costs, including construction, equipment, furniture, and design fees. We provided schedule oversight, facilitated meetings, and maintained regular communication with the Owner to ensure project transparency and alignment.
During the construction phase, we represented the client’s interests from project start to completion, attending design and progress meetings, preparing and distributing administrative documentation such as meeting minutes and reports, and managing the project and master budgets. We also recommended and coordinated the procurement of long-lead items to ensure adherence to key milestones and successful project delivery.
