Project Description

This project involved the planning, design, and construction of a new 17,569 sq. ft. purpose-built facility for Corridor Community Options for Adults (CCOA), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual disabilities through community programming and social enterprises.

Located in the Elmsdale Business Park, the new facility was designed to provide a fully accessible, environmentally sustainable, and cost-efficient space that will support CCOA’s continued growth and expansion. The building accommodates existing programs and social enterprises, including Rick’s Riches Thrift Store and Wood Products Manufacturing, while providing capacity for new programming and future enterprise opportunities.

As Project Manager, our team provided comprehensive project management services throughout the project lifecycle, including budget development and control, schedule management, stakeholder coordination, procurement oversight, design and construction oversight, risk management, and regular reporting. Working closely with the client, consultants, contractors, and funding partners, we ensured the project aligned with CCOA’s operational needs, accessibility requirements, and long-term vision.
