Project Description
This project involved the interior renovation of the Renal Dialysis Suite at Dartmouth General Hospital to enhance patient capacity and improve functionality within the existing healthcare environment. The scope of work included the addition of seven new dialysis stations and upgrades to services and finishes throughout the entire suite, ensuring the facility meets current clinical standards and patient care requirements.
As Project Manager, responsibilities included resource management, coordination with the client, trades, and consultants, and oversight of budget, schedule, and communication activities. The project required careful planning and execution to minimize disruption to hospital operations and to align with the stringent requirements of healthcare infrastructure and infection control standards.
