Project Overview
This series of projects involved the redevelopment and upgrades of interior and exterior spaces and equipment at Halifax Stanfield International Airport. The work supported the Airport Authority’s renewal initiatives aimed at enhancing passenger experience, improving operational efficiency, accessibility and maintaining compliance with aviation standards.
As Project Manager, we coordinated all aspects of project delivery, including resource management, budget and schedule oversight, and stakeholder communication. The projects required close coordination with the client, design team, and airport operations to ensure all work adhered to aviation security and safety protocols while minimizing disruption.
