Project Description
This project involved the renovation of an existing undersea surveillance and anti-submarine warfare facility, upgrading operational spaces, infrastructure, and supporting systems to meet evolving program and security requirements. The work required a coordinated approach to maintain facility operations while modernizing specialized areas integral to defense and marine surveillance functions.
As Project Manager, responsibilities included resource management, coordination among the client, authorities having jurisdiction, consultants, and trades, and oversight of budget and schedule activities. Effective communication management was central to the role, ensuring all stakeholders remained informed and aligned with project goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
