Project Overview

Tri-Bays Renovation

Project Management services for the renovation of the University of King’s College Tri-Bays Project. The renovations included the modernization of the Chapel, Middle and Radical Bays from the existing 1930s condition into the 21st Century. The upgrades included new washroom and bedroom finishes, the exterior of the building, new heating system and ventilation systems and upgrades to electrical systems. The project also featured a brand-new common area for the residence, including a community kitchen and living room.

Alexandra Hall Accessibility Project

Project Management services for the renovation of the University of King’s College Alexandra Hall Accessibility project. The project created accessible residence spaces in the 47,000 sf residence that houses up to 147 students, 10 Dons, and the family of the Dean of Students. The work included landscaping of the exterior entrance for accessible access, and installation of an accessible elevator to replace the existing elevator from Level B to Level 3, renovation of the Level 1 residence rooms, washroom and common spaces, and renovation of a portion of the basement washrooms and bedrooms.
