Project Description
This project involved the development of a replacement 96-bed long-term care facility designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for residents while meeting all Department of Health and Wellness (DHW) (now Department of Seniors and Long-Term Care) standards. The facility incorporated modern design principles focused on resident well-being, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
As Project Manager, our responsibilities included full oversight of resource management, serving as the key liaison between the client, design team, and DHW. Our role encompassed budget management, schedule development and tracking, and communication management to maintain alignment among all stakeholders throughout the project’s lifecycle.
We also provided the following additional services; Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) procurement and Move Planning.
