With over 30 years of experience in project management, Donna brings deep expertise in the healthcare industry, including regulatory compliance, patient safety, and operational efficiency. She has collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders—healthcare providers, insurers, architects, engineers, and contractors—to successfully deliver complex projects that meet the needs of both patients and providers.

Her knowledge of diverse project delivery methods, including design-build, construction management, and public-private partnerships, has enabled her to deliver high-quality outcomes across hospital expansions, medical office buildings, and specialty clinics. Donna consistently exceeds client expectations by completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Throughout her career, she has earned prestigious industry certifications, including Gold Seal Certification in Project Management (GSC) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)—one of only a few Canadians with this elite designation. Donna is committed to achieving successful outcomes while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, safety, and client satisfaction.

An advocate of community involvement, Donna is currently a coach for Special Olympics Dartmouth, the Regional Coordinator for Special Olympics Dartmouth and a Director of the Special Olympics Nova Scotia Board. She also serves as the Chair for the Brigadoon Site & Facilities Committee.
