With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Jon is a seasoned professional with expertise across multiple roles. As Chief Estimator, he built a reputation for accurately assessing project costs, minimizing risk, and maximizing profitability. In his roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Director, Jon successfully managed multiple large-scale commercial, industrial, and residential projects from inception to completion, consistently delivering results that met or exceeded client expectations. He also fostered strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and satisfaction at every stage.

As Vice President and now President, Jon provides strategic leadership for the company, overseeing all aspects of operations and driving growth. He has played a pivotal role in establishing a reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional service. Throughout his career, Jon has remained committed to delivering successful outcomes while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Jon is the current chair of the Nova Scotia Building Advisory Committee and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Construction Association of Nova Scotia. He is also a past President of the Nova Scotia Construction Labour Relations Association and past President of Build Right Nova Scotia.
