As an Administrative Services Manager, she leads teams responsible for managing complex administrative tasks, such as records management, payroll, benefits administration, developing best practices and toolkits, and facilities management. Her leadership and management skills have enabled her to create efficient and effective administrative processes, resulting in improved productivity and reduced costs.
