Project Management Services for the Clare Health Centre Expansion project. The project is a 470 m2 (~5,000 sq ft) expansion of the existing medical centre, set to begin construction in March 2023. The project is aimed at providing additional exam rooms and offices and services to allow for additional doctors to practice within the centre. The project also includes a new gym facility for physio/occupational therapies and new associated mechanical and electrical systems to support the expansion.
